From the first day the unit ran at most 20 minutes before throwing an error and shutting down; the authorized service tried for 2–3 days without success and eventually removed the unit for inspection, with only the outdoor unit replacement approved.
What to check. Buyer should know a defective unit can fail within the first day, shutting down with an error after about 20 minutes of running, and that resolution can drag on for weeks with only partial (outdoor-only) replacement approved. This is a reliability/defect risk rather than a fire hazard.

Mold and a musty smell appeared within the first week of use; the authorized service confirmed mold in the coils and said replacing the indoor unit would fix it, but Daikin's regional manager declined the replacement, so the smell persisted.

Siesta Sensira series shows U0-00 refrigerant-shortage error on the second day of use
Owner complaint on Şikayetvar for a Daikin Siesta Sensira 12000 BTU unit (the larger ATXF35F sibling in the same Siesta Sensira series, not the ATXF25F itself). The unit gave a U0-00 error on the second day after installation and would not run; Daikin's own error-code tables list U0 as insufficient refrigerant (NEDOSTATAK RASHLADNE TEČNOSTI).
What to check. Buyer should know the Siesta Sensira series can throw a U0-00 refrigerant-shortage error very early, leaving the unit non-functional. This is reported on the 12000 BTU model; no U0 report was found specifically for the ATXF25F.
