Worth checking

Breezeless R32 refrigerant-leak code EL 0C requires certified refrigerant technician

Dutch Midea dealer Aretec's fault-code finder, based on the official Midea Breezeless service manual (EN_SM_MSCB1BU-xxHRFN8-ME) for the MSCB1BU-09/-12 models with R32, lists EL 0C as a refrigerant-leak code that always requires a certified refrigerant technician. R32 is a mildly flammable (A2L) refrigerant, so a leak is a refrigerant-safety concern.

What to check. If the unit shows EL 0C (or EC on some variants), stop use and have a certified R32 technician service it; do not attempt DIY refrigerant handling.

Breezeless indoor moving flap broke within a year; Midea denied warranty as 'plastic parts'

Owner complaint on Turkish site Şikayetvar for the exact model MSFAAU-12HRFN8-QRD6GW: the indoor unit's moving flap broke within under a year and Midea service refused warranty coverage, calling it a plastic part outside warranty. This is a mechanical failure of a moving part with a warranty-denial cost to the owner.

What to check. Before buying, confirm whether the moving flap/plastic louvres are covered by the warranty; expect this part to be treated as a consumable and potentially a paid repair.

Minor

Most common Breezeless fault codes are EL 01 communication and EH 03 fan speed

The same dealer fault-code finder reports the most frequently searched Breezeless fault codes are EL 01 (communication fault between indoor and outdoor units) and EH 03 (fan speed). These are recurring electronic/control faults owners search for, pointing to control-board or communication reliability issues.

What to check. Expect possible communication or fan-motor error codes; the dealer advises a 2-minute power-cycle restart before replacing parts.
