Owner report (Şikayetvar, 27 Sept 2025) naming the OV 643t model: the ceramic glass top shattered spontaneously, was replaced for a fee even while under warranty, then shattered again while cooking.
What to check. The glass top on this model has shattered more than once on the same unit, in one case while cooking, so a buyer should treat a cracked/shattered top as a recurring risk rather than a one-off and should not assume warranty coverage — the owner was charged despite the warranty.

Owner report (Şikayetvar, 23 Feb) naming the OV 643t: one zone ignites by itself while another is on, for about two years, and the owner calls it a fire risk in a multi-storey building; the service attributed it to a card fault and quoted a service fee.
What to check. Uncontrolled self-ignition of a zone is a fire hazard, and the owner reports the service blamed a control-board fault and charged a fee after warranty; a buyer should treat any spontaneous ignition as urgent and expect the fix to be the control board.
Owner report (Şikayetvar, 9 July) naming the OV 643 t: the same right-upper zone exploded three times, with the service charging 2,945 TL and later 5,580 TL for glass replacement and calling it user error.
What to check. The same zone has shattered three times on one unit with no impact, and the owner was charged for each replacement; this points to a recurring glass failure on the same zone rather than a one-off accident.
