B 710 b lower spray arm rubs against the internal water-supply part — factory defect from new
An owner of a new B 710 b (B710B) reports the lower spray arm rubbing against the main water-supply section; the Beko service report confirmed faulty production and said the supply pipe must be replaced. A second B710 complaint on the same site (Erzurum) describes the same lower-impeller-hits-plastic-part fault, which persisted after a part swap and then threw an e01 error. This is a defect present from new, so the buyer's cost is a service call and part replacement (or a refused refund) in the first weeks, not wear over time.
B 710 b leaves detergent foam on dishes — two owners report
Two separate owners of the B 710 b report the machine leaving detergent foam on dishes and on the tub floor after washing and drying, and say service offered no fix. This is a recurring rinse/foam fault on the same series; the cost is re-washing loads and repeated service contact, though the pack treats it as a reported failure rather than a confirmed defect.
B 710 bElite water pump found faulty by the service technician
A buyer of a new B 710 bElite says the service technician told them the machine's water pump was faulty and the unit was to be exchanged. It is a single owner report on a retail review page, so it is weaker than the Şikayetvar records, but it is a concrete water-path failure on the same series and cost the buyer a service visit and replacement of a new unit.
B 710 series E02/E01 water-supply and water-filling error codes
The B 710 series manual defines E02 as a water-supply problem and E01 as a water-filling-into-chassis error (per the benservis blog covering the same B 710 series). These are diagnostic codes rather than a named failing part, so they are low severity, but they tell a buyer that water-supply/fill faults are the series' most common error path and that a persistent code means a service call.
These reports come from the pages linked under each item: owner forums, repair guides and workshops. They are not a diagnosis of any one unit, and a careful check of the one you are buying still applies.
