Control board (kart) failure: water not heating, program not completing
Owner reports the machine stopped heating water and completing its program; the service diagnosed the control board, replaced it, but the replacement board was incompatible and the fault persisted for 20+ days.
What to check. If a 62113 I WF stops heating or stalls mid-cycle, the control board is a known failure point. Verify the service fits a compatible board and test on site before accepting the repair; a second board swap may be needed.
The complaint page is titled 'Arçelik 62113 Model Bulaşık Makinesinde Kapanmayan Kapak Ve Gürültülü Pervane Sorunları' (door not closing and noisy spray arm problems); the owner states they had repeated problems over 1.5 years.
What to check. Door-closing faults and a noisy spray arm are reported on this model. A door that does not latch will stop the cycle; a noisy spray arm may indicate a worn bearing or debris. Check the door latch and spray-arm bearings early, as repeated service visits are common.
Spray arm (pervane) replacement does not fix dirty dishes
Owner reports dishes coming out dirty within the first year; service cleaned then replaced the spray arms, but the problem persisted and the machine was eventually taken to the workshop.
What to check. Dirty dishes on a 62113 I WF are not reliably fixed by cleaning or replacing the spray arms. Before paying for a spray-arm swap, ask the service to check the circulation pump, wash motor and water inlet path, as the spray arm alone may not be the root cause.
These reports come from the pages linked under each item: owner forums, repair guides and workshops. They are not a diagnosis of any one unit, and a careful check of the one you are buying still applies.
