Fan/blower stops working after a few meals — two units replaced
One reviewer says both units they owned were replaced because the fan/blower stopped working after a few cooked meals, and would not recommend the model.
What to check. This is the most serious reported failure: the hot-air blower dying after a handful of uses makes the appliance unusable and forces a warranty exchange. If you buy, keep the receipt and test the fan early; be ready to exercise the 2-year warranty quickly.
Large basket stops cooking and beeps days after purchase — basket sensor suspected
A certified owner reports the large 6L compartment stopped cooking and beeps only days after purchase while the small basket works; a reply attributes it to a defective basket sensor (capteur de bac).
What to check. If the large basket beeps and refuses to cook, first check the basket is fully seated; if it persists, this points to a sensor/control fault that will need a warranty service call rather than a user fix. It failed within days of purchase, so it is covered by the 2-year warranty — do not try to repair it yourself.
The independent German test body scored the NA352/00 'Good 67/100' and ranked it 18th of 20 hot-air fryers tested.
What to check. Independent testing places this model near the bottom of the hot-air fryer field despite its high retail rating, so treat marketing scores with caution. If even cooking across both baskets matters to you, this ranking suggests comparing against higher-ranked dual-basket models before buying.
These reports come from the pages linked under each item: owner forums, repair guides and workshops. They are not a diagnosis of any one unit, and a careful check of the one you are buying still applies.
